The amBIENT XC is a revolutionary lighting control system which radically changes the way in which lighting and space are designed and how lighting combines with video and sound to create immersive entertainment experiences. The amBIENT XC is a stand-alone DMX 512 hardware controller for RGB LED lighting fixtures which is powered by amBX technology.
It breaks the mould for the creation of lighting effects by providing lighting designers with a whole new tool set and creative palette.

The amBIENT XC takes video or sound to light to a completely new level, beyond pixel mapping and direct sound to light.
The amBX video to light algorithms, automatically generating real time video to light effects, can be customised to also reflect content, mood, pace and even the actual space in which the effect occurs. A video can directly trigger a series of amBX lighting effects, swirls, ripples, colour bounces and sways together with the content and designed for the space.
Unlike light organs and beat sequencers, amBX sound to light is not just bound to amplitude and beat triggering single light effects. The amBIENT XC takes a far richer combination of audio triggers which are then used to automatically create a combination of amBX lighting effects.
